I was bracing myself for the worst when I ordered this poster, picturing it arriving bent, crushed, or with sad little damaged corners. But nope, it showed up looking completely flawless. The tube was super sturdy, and the print had extra wrapping inside like it was being protected for some epic quest. No scratches, no dents, no crushed edges. The corners were perfect too. Really impressed with how carefully posterburner packed it.

I tried uploading a photo from my phone and it kept failing over and over. Super annoying, especially since the terms seemed to have changed from what I remembered, so I wasn’t even sure if that was part of the issue or not. Just made the whole process way more frustrating than it needed to be.

I used a promo code when ordering my poster, and it really did take a decent amount off at checkout. I always double-check the total before paying, so it was nice to see the discount show up right away. Happy with how it turned out.

The poster turned out alright, but I thought there’d be more ways to customize it. The editor felt a bit limited, and even small changes were kind of annoying to make. It’s not awful or anything, just didn’t really fit what I needed.

The colors came out looking just like the file I sent over, which isn’t always a given. I was really happy when I saw the final result.

The print looked fine from a distance, but the paper itself was a letdown. It felt super thin and bent way too easily, which was definitely not what I expected for the price. The corners got a little messed up too. I’m pretty much 100% sure I won’t be ordering this again.

I was really hoping this would arrive in time, but production ended up taking way longer than I expected. It missed the date I needed it for, which was frustrating and a little embarrassing since I had planned around having it ready

I reached out to support about my order and felt like I was waiting forever for a response. When they finally did reply, it didn’t really answer my question or move things along much. I ended up having to follow up more than once, which made the whole thing feel a lot more stressful than it needed to be.

I ended up paying more than I thought I would, what I got just felt cheap. Maybe this is just how their stuff is, but based on this one order, I wouldn’t expect much for the price. I definitely won’t be ordering again.

They were really helpful and did sort out my issue, but the replies took a bit longer than I expected. Overall, good experience, just wish it had been a little quicker.

Print showed up smaller than the listed dimensions. Not what I ordered

My poster showed up with the colors looking kinda different from what I uploaded, so yeah, I was annoyed at first. I was expecting it to look closer to the file, and it just felt a bit off.
I reached out to PosterBurner and they did get back to me and try to help. It took a few messages back and forth and wasn’t exactly suuuuper quick, but they eventually sent out a replacement.
The new one looked much better, so I’m fine with it now. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but they did make it right in the end.

I wasn’t impressed with my order. The result didn’t meet my expectations, and when I reached out for help, support took way longer than it should have. I feel confident saying I wouldn’t use PosterBurner again

They kept me in the loop enough, which I appreciated... no chasing, no stress, just simple updates when I needed them.

The preview looked mostly like what showed up, but the colors were a little different in person and the crop felt slightly off. It wasn’t a Huge deal and I can still use it, but I did expect it to match the preview a bit better. Ordering was easy though.

As soon as I opened it, I was like, nope. The print just didn’t look good at all, and the quality was way worse than I expected. Disappointing.

The only annoying part was that the delivery date changed once, and then the tracking just kind of sat there without updating for a few days, which made me wonder if it had gotten stuck somewhere.

The poster itself was totally fine, so the issue was really just the framing. I also felt a bit passed around when trying to get help, which made the whole thing more frustrating. I got a poster made for my brother’s birthday because I never know what to buy him, it felt like a safe choice for once. It turned out really nice, and he actually loved it, so I feel justified going with something simple instead of overthinking it

It came out way sharper than I expected. I’m really happy with it, but I’ll be honest—if the quality drops next time, I’d probably start looking somewhere else.
